RETURN & REFUND
Please take note that all sale are final and no refund are possible when the transaction is complete.
We will only exchange a product if they are defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com with a copy of the receipt, details of the product and the defective issue. We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defective product. If you are eligible, you will have to send back the product and we will send you a replacement product after we receive it.
